How Can I Serve?

Thank you for your interest in serving at Calvary Chapel and, more importantly, for your desire to serve the Lord. Serving is a vital part of our walk with Christ, as God has uniquely gifted each believer to build up the body and glorify Him. Scripture reminds us, “As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God” (1 Peter 4:10). When we serve, we follow the example of Jesus Himself, who came not to be served, but to serve. We are grateful for your willing heart and look forward to seeing how God will work through you as you serve Him and His people.

Requirements to serve:

1. Must have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior.
2. Committed to growing in your faith through regular time in the Word, prayer, and fellowship. 

3. Honor Jesus Christ as the number one priority in your life. 

4. Live a lifestyle that is in agreement with all scripture. 

5. Be reliable, dependable, and committed to serving the Lord. 

6. Must have attended Calvary Chapel Living Water weekly for at least six months.

7. Agree with Calvary Chapel’s Statement of Faith with no reservations.

8. Must interview with a Pastor/Elder/Ministry Director.
